I realised this morning would be difficult to follow in terms of sightings, but this afternoon was ridiculously quiet and we barely saw anything - hey ho, that's nature!
Collard Pratincole which I think we've seen on previous trips but it's not a common sight.
Saddle-billed Stork
In one area water pipes were being laid to take water to some of the villages and this lone young male was determined to get across the mound of earth,
Baboons have been conspicuous by their absence this visit, these are Yellow rather than the Olive we see on the Mara.
Vervet Monkeys have been scarce too.
Back up to the same spot for our sundowners and we would have been rude not to have a photo taken with Simon.
Time to head back and pack for our departure tomorrow morning.
